As the temperature starts to fall and I say farewell to the summer, I’m reminded of a time in the summer that foretold this time. This summer I visited the great city of Chicago. One of the jewels of the Midwest. My visit to the city, like most cities, was filled with wandering with friends and wandering alone. During my travels I came across some interesting finds. Chicago is a traditional yet modern city. It has a authentically American feel to it. This was my first time in the windy city and I was excited. I was take aback by the difference in temperature. Fall comes early to some places apparently. But it was appreciated. Especially coming from 98° F balminess of Charleston.
